Batı Londra Türk Gönüllüleri (WLTV) olarak, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin temellerinin atıldığı, bağımsızlık meşalesinin yandığı bu anlamlı günü büyük bir gururla selamlıyoruz.
19 Mayıs 1919, sadece bir tarih değil; bir milletin küllerinden doğuşunun, azminin ve hürriyet sevdasının sembolüdür. Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün Samsun’a ayak basarak başlattığı bu kutlu yürüyüşü, onun en büyük emaneti olan gençlerimizle birlikte yaşatmaya devam ediyoruz.
Geleceğimizin teminatı olan tüm gençlerimizin ve halkımızın bayramını kutlar; başta Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk ve silah arkadaşları olmak üzere tüm kahramanlarımızı saygı, minnet ve rahmetle anarız.

As the West London Turkish Volunteers (WLTV), we take immense pride in celebrating this significant day, which marks the foundation of the Republic of Türkiye and the lighting of the torch of independence.
May 19, 1919, is not just a date in history; it is a symbol of a nation’s rebirth, its unwavering resolve, and its passion for freedom. We continue to uphold the legacy of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who began this sacred journey by landing in Samsun, together with our youth—the guardians of his greatest heritage.
We wish a happy celebration to all our youth, who are the guarantee of our future, and to our entire community. We remember with profound respect, gratitude, and mercy Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, his comrades-in-arms, and all our national heroes.
“O rising new generation, the future is yours. We established the Republic; you are the ones who will elevate and sustain it.”
